We hold no equity positions in clients, have no commercial relationships with technology vendors, and do not write code for the organisations we advise. Every engagement produces a written deliverable — clear, opinionated, and written for decision-makers.

Every engagement follows a simple, defined process.

Send an enquiry

Reach out via email with a brief description of what you need and the target company or system. We will confirm scope, applicable service, and fee within 3 business days.

Provide materials

Share the relevant documentation — architecture diagrams, read-only repository access, API specifications, or candidate submissions. No live system access is required.

Engagements use AI-assisted analysis tools. Materials are processed via Anthropic's API under their commercial data retention policy (seven-day retention, no training use) and deleted from our systems on completion.

Receive your report

We deliver a structured written PDF report within the agreed turnaround window. For Technical Due Diligence, a Premium tier with additional deliverables is also available.
